Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rockwell Automation / Allen-bradley 100S-D210EZJ22C/B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 1100DOD93 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3RT10441XF400LA2 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 500HOD930 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Westinghouse Brand A202S3CA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 104C85J22 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 61868 made by Eaton as well as the popular 509COA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8903QO5 by Square-D and 104C85J22 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CE15PN3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
